This home is located within a small development of homes on quaint Captiva, with full access to a pool, two tennis courts, and a cabana facility. Docks on the Intracoastal are within a short walk, and can be easily reserved. The development is beach-front, a short walk from the residence. The master bedroom has a queen-sized bed and tv with cable access. The second bedroom has a set of bunkbeds and a twin bed, for a total of 3 twin sized beds. The downstairs living area has 2 sofas and love seat. The living room also has a cozy fireplace for those cooler winter nights. Fully furnished and equipped.

Boating, sunbathing, swimming, shelling, and tennis all within the development. Within two blocks of the home is R.C. Otter, Mucky Duck, Key Lime Bistro, The Bubble Room, and the best night life that the Islands have to offer. Ding Darling Nature preserve is a short drive away. Captiva has never been more beautiful!
