home, with hardwood floors and beautiful views, all within a very
short walk to the beach, the Intra-coastal Waterway, the Bubble Room,
and other "heart of Captiva" venues.

This home is located within a small development of homes on quaint
Captiva, with full access to a pool, two tennis courts, and a cabana
facility. Docks on the Intra-coastal are within a short walk, and
can be easily reserved. The development is beach-front, a short walk
from the residence. The master bedroom has a queen-sized bed and tv
with cable access. The second bedroom has 2 bunkbeds, for a total of
4 twin sized beds. The downstairs living area has a sofa and love
seat. The living room also has a cozy firplace for those cooler
winter nights. Fully furnished and equipped.

Boating, sunbathing, swimming, shelling, and tennis all within the
development. Within two blocks of the home is R.C. Otter, Mucky
Duck, Key Lime Bistro, The Bubble Room, and the best night life that
the Islands have to offer. Ding Darling Nature preserve is a short
drive away. Captiva has never been more beautiful!
