This newly furnished ground level beach condo is located two houses from the ocean! It features a private outdoor patio, new furniture, bedding, hardwood floors, appliances and granite countertops.
The airy and comfortable living room has two couches, coffee table and flat screen TV. It is adjoined with the kitchen that has a dining table that seats four with six additional bar stools up at the kitchen counter. The kitchen has brand new granite countertops, oven range, dishwasher and dual sink. There are brand new cabinets for food storage and counter space for preparing meals.
There are 2 full bathrooms and 4 bedrooms. The master has a queen bed and an adjoining bathroom with new countertops and a beautifully tiled walk-in shower. The second bedroom also has a queen bed, closet, dresser and two nightstands. The third bedroom has a twin bunk bed, closet and dual dressers, perfect for storing clothes and bathing suits. The fourth bedroom has a queen sleeper sofa and twin bunk bed (bottom pulls out like a trundle). There is another full bathroom between the second and third bedroom with nice countertops and shower.
The back outdoor patio has a table that seat four and a charcoal BBQ, great for cooking for family and friends. This house is walking distance to the beach, Newport Pier, grocery store, shops and restaurants.
There is a shared laundry room with a coin-operated washer and dryer. There is one parking spot in the garage and extra storage for bikes, surfboards and other beach gear.
