vacation rental description
This spectacular 1932 Tudor pool residence has vintage charm, gorgeous architectural design features with panoramic views. The residence is located just a few minutes from downtown Seattle perched on the southwest corner of the Magnolia neighborhood. The 180 degree views are a breathtaking marine spectacle of bald eagles, private yachts, cruise ships and ferry boats in front of a backdrop of islands, Olympic Mountains and sunsets.
The beautiful vintage design was recently enhanced with a complete renovation. Enjoy a new gourmet kitchen featuring stainless Viking appliances, tumbled marble finishes, copper sink, fabulous eating nook which opens up to both a stone patio complete with arbor, gas barbeque and outdoor refrigerator, and to the main balcony that runs the entire length of the home. The design details of this expansive view deck, feature hand forged iron railings and wisteria vines framing the ferries crossing the Puget Sound seascape to the islands.
The gorgeous and spacious living room features a vintage fireplace with stone and mahogany accents. The elegantly appointed dining room with coved ceilings connects the living room and the kitchen with all three rooms boasting amazing sound views and beautiful design details. The main level also features a powder room/three-quarter bath and guest bedroom with a 32" flat screen TV, for those who prefer doing all their living on one floor.
Located on the upper level is the master suite with sweeping views, honed marble gas fireplace, 32" flat screen TV, walk-in closet and master bath with black marble vanity. The upper level also includes a third full guest bathroom and two bedrooms, one with a view of Puget Sound.
The lower level is full daylight and has French doors that open up to the western sunlight exposure and the private swimming pool, patio and garden oasis with new outdoor furniture. The perfectly located family room features a 42" flat screen TV with cabinetry and an office.
