Vacation Rental Description

Come stay at this vacation home on beautiful Longboat Key. This three bedroom home is very well  
equipped, is right, sunny and clean and has everything you could possibly need in your home away  
from home. Sleeps six comfortably (king-size in master; two twins in second bedroom and queen in  
third bedroom). 
 
Downstairs you will find a fully-equipped kitchen attached to a family room with fireplace and  
television, a formal living room and separate dining room that look out onto the pool as well as a  
separate laundry room off of the kitchen.  Off of the pool/family room area there is a separate pool  
bath for your convenience which is equipped with a shower.   There is also a spacious two car garage. 
 
For your convenience the master bedroom suite is located off to the right on the main floor as well  
with it's own bathroom with separate toilet/bidet room and walk in closet.   
Walk up a few stairs to find the 2nd bedroom equipped with twin beds and then up a few more to the  
queen size bedroom.  These two bedrooms share the bathroom together which is equipped with

With a beautiful pool out back under the screen-covered lanai, you can relax with a cool drink and  
sit in the abundant sunshine. Situated on a deep water canal, you can tie up your boat or rent one  
nearby. Take a short stroll to our white sandy beach. The sunsets at the beach are absolutely  
breathtaking! Theme parks within one to three hours are Busch Gardens of Tampa Bay, Disney World,  
and Universal Studios.  
 
Longboat Key is on the West Coast of Florida, near Sarasota and one hour south of Tampa. Sought- 
after Longboat Key has some of the most unspoiled beaches in the area. Our access is only three  
blocks away from our home where you have the feeling that you have your own private beach. Longboat  
boasts some of the wealthiest residents, and finest restaurants in the Sarasota area. Take a dip in  
the large heated pool (pool heat separate charge) or sip a cool drink in the screened-in lanai out  
back as you decide what to do for the day. Explore the beach, perhaps a round of golf, or a game of  
tennis nearby.  
 
From our home, it's a matter of minutes to St. Armand's Circle, a  
shopping paradise. Longboat Key is a ten-mile long barrier island  
attached at each end by a bridge to the mainland. If you would like  
to go to theme parks - we are one hour from Busch Gardens of Tampa  
Bay or two and a half hours from Disney and Universal Studios.  
Galleries, museums, and live theater are within a 25 minute drive.

May-Oct ......... $4500/month... $1725/week. 
* Rates subject to change until booked with deposit. 
* 50% Deposit required to secure booking & 
  50% balance due 2 weeks before arrival. 
* Security deposit of $250.00 (fully refunded as long as no problems) 
* Cleaning fee of $200.00. 
Pool Heat is available but not included in cost.  Pets require a minimum $250  
refundable security deposit.
