One block (1 min. walk) to the beach! This L-shaped cottage sleeps 4 (Queen bed and pullout couch), with spacious Living Room, full Kitchen with table for 4, bath with shower. If clean and neat is important to you, you'll be right at home the minute you arrive. There is a nice yard in a friendly neighborhood. Also within walking distance to Wells center with shopping, arcade, restaurant and ice cream. The grocery store is a 5 minute drive without traveling Rte 1.
Items provided: TV with cable and DVD player, Wireless internet, cooking supplies (dishes, silverware, pots &pans, utensils, etc), coffee maker, microwave, toaster, Gas grill. Bed pillows, blanket, and mattress pad.
Please bring your linens (kitchen dish/hand towels, sheets, bath towels, beach towels), beach chairs, cooler, paper products, etc

Walk to Wells center with arcade, shops, and restaurant.
Rachel Carson National Wildlife Refuge offers hiking on on-mile Carson Trail that meanders through pine woods and offers views of expansive, tidal salt marshes,
Wells Reserve at Laudholm Farm has 7 miles of gentle e terrain trails with spectacular views and access to woodlands, fields, wetlands, beach and dunes is ideal for casual hikers.
Wells Harbor contains private marina offering canoe and kayak rentals, fishing and bait tackle.
Perkins Cove in Ogunquit offers Sailboat rides, fishing trips, etc.
Wells Harbor Community Park offers free summer concerts on Saturday evening from July to Labor Day.
