One block (1 min. walk) to the beach! This L-shaped cottage sleeps 2 (Queen), with Living Room, eat-in Kitchen, bath and covered patio for two. If clean and neat is important to you, you'll be right at home the minute you arrive. There is a nice yard in a quiet neighborhood. Also within walking distance is Wells center with shopping, arcade, restaurant and ice cream. The grocery store is a 5 minute drive without traveling Rte 1.
Items provided: TV with cable and DVD player, Wireless internet, cooking supplies (dishes, silverware, pots &pans, utensils, etc), coffee maker, microwave, toaster, Gas grill, Fresh Bed pillows, blanket, and mattress pad.
Please bring your linens (kitchen dish/hand towels, sheets, bath towels, beach towels), beach chairs, cooler, paper products, etc
