One block (1 min. walk) to the beach! This ranch house Sleeps 4 in two Bedrooms (1 Queen, 2 Twin), with Living Room, eat in Kitchen, bath and 3-Season Porch. If clean and neat is important to you, you'll be right at home the minute you arrive. Enjoy the nice yard in a quiet neighborhood on a dead-end street. Also within walking distance is Wells center with shopping, arcade, restaurant and ice cream. The grocery store is a 5 minute drive without traveling Rte 1.
Items provided: Flat screen TV with cable and DVD player, Wireless internet, cooking supplies (dishes, silverware, pots &pans, utensils, etc), coffee maker, microwave, toaster, Gas grill, Fresh Bed pillows, blankets, and mattress pads.
Please bring your linens (kitchen dish/hand towels, sheets, bath towels, beach towels), beach chairs, cooler, paper products, etc
Note: Are others vacationing with you? Rent the cottage right next door (Property 100210) which sleeps an additional 2 people (Queen). Rent both the same week for $2100/week.

Walk to Wells center with arcade, shops, and restaurant.
Rachel Carson National Wildlife Refuge offers hiking on on-mile Carson Trail that meanders through pine woods and offers views of expansive, tidal salt marshes,
Wells Reserve at Laudholm Farm has 7 miles of gentle e terrain trails with spectacular views and access to woodlands, fields, wetlands, beach and dunes is ideal for casual hikers.
Wells Harbor contains private marina offering canoe and kayak rentals, fishing and bait tackle.
Perkins Cove in Ogunquit offers Sailboat rides, fishing trips, etc.
Wells Harbor Community Park offers free summer concerts on Saturday evening from July to Labor Day.
Ogunquit and Perkins Cove (10 min Drive), Portsmouth and Strawberry Bank (25 min drive), and Portland (40 min drive) offer additional shopping, restaurants, sailing and numerous activities.
