One block (1 min. walk) to the beach! This ranch house Sleeps 4 in two Bedrooms (1 Queen, 2 Twin), with Living Room, Kitchen, bath and 3-Season Porch. If clean and neat is important to you, you'll be right at home the minute you arrive. Enjoy the nice yard in a quiet neighborhood on a dead-end street. Also within walking distance is Wells center with shopping, arcade, restaurant and ice cream. The grocery store is a 5 minute drive without traveling Rte 1.
Items provided: Flat screen TV with cable and DVD player, Wireless internet, cooking supplies (dishes, silverware, pots &pans, utensils, etc), coffee maker, microwave, toaster, Gas grill, Fresh Bed pillows, blankets, and mattress pads.
Please bring your linens (kitchen dish/hand towels, sheets, bath towels, beach towels), beach chairs, cooler, paper products, etc
