River Ranch in Three Rivers

Experience privacy and seclusion on this 190 acre ranch. The Kaweah River runs through the property with it's own huge swimming hole. This is a great retreat for family reunions, corporate retreats, weddings, or just for you to enjoy a tranquil setting, peace and quiet.

The ranch has a 2 bedroom, 2 bath house with fireplace when you first drive into the property. Drive down the the driveway towards the river to the barn that was converted into living spaces. Upstairs there is a one bedroom, one bath unit with balcony overlooking river. Below is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath. All are equipped with a full kitchen.

The ranch is located, 2.2 miles from Sequoia National Park, 8 miles out of Three Rivers, 4 hours from Los Angeles, and 5 hours from San Francisco.

• Linens Provided: enjoy 400 count cotton sheets, very comfortable in the summer to sleep on and light top spreads and extra blankets are in each rental if you need them
• Washing Machine: Upper house at entry to ranch has stack W/D unit and the lower riverfront house has a full size W/D
• Wood Fireplace: Fireplace in the 2/2 at the entry to the ranch

Rent the ranch for $7500 week plus 10% tax.

Three day minimum for $3,600 plus 10% tax.

$500 cleaning deposit.
