vacation rental description
Beautiful Swiss Chalet River House. Rustic. Sits on one acre of land, private beach, 60 wonderful wineries w. in 15 min. Kayaking, Canoeing. Laying in the sun, reading in the shade. The yard with it's large redwood trees has both.
2 second story porches, one on the lst floor for hanging out, barbequing, lunch or dinner outside.
The beach is out the back door, down a short trail. Swimming, supervised wading & more.
We spent summers on the beach when we were single, & later raised our children, making some of our best memories.
Architecture, fireplace, lovely.
Friendly well kitchen with basic amenities & "outfitted for large family".
our guests say it best:
The river house is quite amazing. It's in a great location and given the size of the lot, feels quite secluded. We loved our weekend there...lounging outside in the yard, relaxing in the spacious living room, and hanging out by the river. We even had a fire in the fire pit one night. Working with the proprietor was really easy. She provided us with a lot of invaluable information about the area and the house that ensured a simple and fun-filled weekend." c. beck, napa, 8/2011
"at the house and loving it -- the pictures do not even come close to how nice the property really is.
Off to the beach!" g. sales, oakland 8.17.2011
