Vacation Rental Description

Located off Cliff Road in the prestigious Dionis section of 
Nantucket, this 4 bedroom 2 bath upside-down home was built in 1982 
on the original location of the Town of Nantucket, when the island 
was first settled in 1640.  The upstairs consists of Living Room 
with fireplace, Dining Room, Kitchen, Master Bedroom and full Bath.  
The Living Room-Dining Room has a large deck that runs the full 
length of the house, overlooking Nantucket Sound, the entire north 
shore and Capaum Pond - the original Nantucket Harbor.  The master 
bedroom has its own private deck that overlooks the north shore, 
Tuckernuck and Muskeget Islands.

Vacation Rental Amenities

The home was built for year round use and has all of the standard 
amenities such as heat, Satellite TV, CD Stereo, DVD, Weber Gas 
Grill, Washer, Dryer and much more.

Activities and Attractions

Although the beach is within walking distance from the house, at the 
end of the driveway is one of the many bike paths that can take you 
to any of the beautiful beaches, nature walks, town, (just 2 
miles away) and some of the most picturesque scenery on the Island.  
Nantucket is known for its fabulous watersports, five star 
restaurants, wonderful shoping and culture.
