Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay or a new
arrival date that are made more than 30 days before arrival date will forfeit a minimum of $100.00 plus tax.  Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay or new arrival date made within 30 days of your arrival date will forfeit the full advance payment or deposit.  Cancellations or changes made within 30 days of your arrival date for arrivals between May 1 and Sept. 1 will result in an additional 35% charge based on the rental rate plus tax in addition to the advance payment or deposit.
