This pleasant recently updated saltbox style home is located on the canal of Middle Pea Porridge Pond and is perfect for anyone who is interested in boating or fishing. With 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms this property will accommodate up to 10 people and includes a a billiard room and 2nd TV room in the finished basement. This waterfront property comes complete with 2 canoes and a double person kayak, perfect for boating up the canal to swim at one of Eidelweiss Village’s sandy beaches..as well as a private beach on the property perfect for small children or adults who want to raft or tube out onto the canal.

Amenities include: Dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, 2 TV's (32" on first level) with DVD players, dock, boats, private beach, new spring 2013 Weber gas grill and high speed internet, wrap-around deck, firewood for outdoor fires in firepit.
First Level: living room, dining area, kitchen, and full bath.
Second Level: bedroom with queen (sleeps 2), bedroom with queen (sleeps 2) and set of bunks with trundle mattress (sleeps 3), and full bath.
Finished Basement: A TV room with a new 55" TV, surround sound and blueray which also doubles as the 3rd bedroom with a Queen Sized Sleeper Sofa (sleeps 2). The basement also includes a billard room with a full sized futon (sleeps 1).

Short walk or drive to the 5 public beaches in Eiedelweiss Village. 10-15 minute drive into North Conway for shopping, dining, mini-golf, or ride on the Railroad! There is an indoor water park at Red Jacket Resort. 20 minutes to Mt. Cranmore for Zipline, outdoor roller coaster, outdoor tubing, giant swing, concerts, and 20 minutes to Attitash Mountain for outdoor roller coaster, alpine slide and water park! Minutes to West Side Road for horseback riding, horse drawn carriage rides, and hiking, scenic vistas and lookouts at Cathedral Ledge! 10 minutes to the Kangamangus Highway which takes you to Loon Mountain, a 40 minute beautiful scenic drive. Pull over at the public areas along the highway for hiking and swimming in the river. Go to Lincoln for Clark's Trading Post, Whale's Tail Water park, the Flume. And don't forget StoryLand! This is a fun and beatiful area! There is so much to do!
