Santa Rosa Dunes in Pensacola Beach

This unit has 2 master suites (each has its own private full bathroom) with queens in each, one bedroom down stairs that has two twins and a full bath. Also downstairs the couch will make into a double bed making this unit able to sleep 8 people very comfortable.  

You can view the complex on our web site srdunesdotcom (the website site will not let me write it in standard format.  If you look at the aerial view of the complex you will see 2-five condo buildings closest to the water.  My unit is the 2nd from the right of the 2 buildings.

Santa Rosa Dunes has Olympic size pool allowing for plenty of room for you and your guests to relax. Also on property is a lighted fishing pier.

Jump on the three bikes we also provide to our guest at not additional charge and just go cruising. This condo is a large end unit that has a breath taking view of the sound especially at sunset.. Sit on the balcony and watch the boats, paddle boarders, along with kayaks cruise up and down the sound. Again if your not into sitting back, then jump in the double kayak we will leave for you and your guest to enjoy during your stay and get out on the water. If the time of year is right you may even catch a fireworks displays from the many events held across the bridge.

Owner is open to allowing pets depending on type/size/number, etc.

This unit is steps away from a convenience store as well as one of the best restaurants on the beach - Peg Leg Petes! Santa Rosa island provides FREE Trolley service that runs Memorial Day to Labor Day daily from 4pm till midnight, So get out and walk the broad walk or see who is playing at the Gulf Side Pavillion. The condo is only a mile from the heart of the entertainment/business hub of the island for those who enjoy a leisurely walk/run/stroll.

The $750 weekly rate is in effect until May, 2013 when the rate will be $1200 weekly.  While other condo rentals ask for deposits, taxes and countless fees we simply ask that you pay in cash or money order upon arrival. If you leave the condo as clean as you found it there is no cleaning fee, otherwise it's $100.  Once we talked on the phone to confirm the rental/details I ask that you send a check for $100 (that isn't deposited) that will be your security/cleaning/deposit and to hold your requested dates.  Once you've checked and all is OK I will return the $100 check. This unit is only rented a minimum of 7 days with check in on Saturday and check out on Saturday 11:30am We will try to accomadate different check in and out days depending on availablity.
