Palm Springs Luxury Condo in Palm Springs

2 bedroom, 2 bath luxury condo is located in the downtown Palm Springs area.  Just 2 minutes to central downtown Palm Springs by car or 15 minutes walking, it is only 1.2 miles to downtown Palm Canyon Drive and less than 1/4 mile to Palm Canyon Drive that heads toward Palm Desert, Indian Wells and La Quinta.    It is very comfortable for a week or the whole season. 

This rental is available from Thanksgiving through May 15th each year.  Rent for one week minimum, a full month or the whole season.  It is a large end unit with many windows and great natural light.  The pool is heated year around and it just 20 steps from the patio of your condo.  The view is of the pool and the mountains. 

1 car enclosed garage, heated pool & jacuzzi right in front of this condo, washer/dryer inside the unit, both bedrooms feature queen aize memory foam mattresses, and upscale furniture and decor.  The separate media room has a 40" flat screen TV with DVD player that plays both Bluray and regular DVDs.  You can plug your laptop into the flat scrren with HDMI. 

The couch in the media room is a sofa bed which makes condo large enough to sleep 6 but cozy enough for a couple to spend the season. 

Sorry, no pets and no smoking. 

Snow birds love Palm Springs from Thanksgiving to May with its warm weather, 100+ golf courses and the desert lifestyle.  Tennis courts are located on the property. 

Weekly rate is $1200 with only 4 exceptions for Premium Weeks:  (1) Christmas week; (2) Thanksgiving week; (3) Bob Hope Tournament week; and (4) Dinah Shore Tournament week.  Premium weeks are $2300. 

Monthly Rate is $3,900 a month and no extra charge if a Premium Week falls within your full monthly rental.  A full month is considered 28 days (4 full weeks).  May is always a good buy at $3000 a month. 

Full payment is due upon booking and is refundable in full up to 60 days before your occupancy date.  50% refund if canceled between 30-60 days before your occupancy date. 

Security Deposit of $500 is fully refundable if the condo is not damaged.  It will be mailed to the address on your booking within 2 weeks after you leave. 

Cleaning fee of $200 is not refundable and assumes the condo is left reasonably clean and neat.  The housekeeper will fully clean the entire unit before and after your stay including all linens, towels, dishes, etc.  HOWEVER, if you leave the condo more dirty, disheveled or in disarray, your security deposit will be used for additional housekeeper charges that the owner has to pay the housekeeper after your departure.
