Rate note: there is NO additional local room tax or state occupancy tax that would normally add 13% to your bill.
In order to guarantee your reservation, a one night deposit is required. See cancellation policy below.
The suite is limited to a maximum of four adults.
This is a non-smoking facility.
Two night minimum for the following holidays: Memorial Day, Fourth of July,
Newport Folk Festival, Newport Jazz Festival, Labor Day, and all Boat Show Weekends.
Otherwise there is a one night minimum on other weekends and midweek stays.
Weekly rate is for a 7 night stay.
Check-in: 2:00 pm; Check-Out: Noon Some flexibility with advance notice
Payment methods: credit card, check or cash.
Cancellation Policy: Two Weeks prior to arrival - no charge, full return of deposit; Less than one week, $25; less than 2 days notice, one night charge.
Pets: Prior notification is needed. Well behaved small dogs (less than 20 pounds), may not be left alone for extended periods (3 hours). A fee of $75 is required per dog (2 maximun).
