vacation rental description
The Beach House Condominium has 650 feet of beach frontage(more than 2 football fields wide!), the area's largest per unit. It is a quiet area, but within walking distance to grocery, restaurants, and the area's largest designer outlet mall. Many golf courses are minutes away.
This unit is second floor, with a great balcony view for just relaxing with coffe or dining in the open air. Within the unit there is a king-sized bed in the master bedroom, and a queen-sized sleeper sofa in the living area. The living area has cable TV and DVD, along with cable TV and DVD in the bedroom. The guest bedroom also has Nintendo. A stereo/CD unit is in living area. The kitchen is fully equipped with cookware and appliances and also includes a washer and dryer. All linens are included, but we suggest bringing beach towels, if you prefer, and sunscreen!

Complex amenities include complimentary wireless internet, two pools - large (heated) over-sized pool and smaller kiddie pool, video game room, lighted tennis courts, shuffleboard, fitness room, gazebo with a beautiful view overlooking the Gulf of Mexico, grill area with briquette & gas grills, and a clubhouse with meeting room. Just cross the street north and there is a hiking/biking trail that goes for miles along the beach. (Bike rentals can be delivered). There are also kayak and other beach rentals available onsite.
