Be outrageously spoiled by the luxury of our intimate woodlands 
chalet--including massage chair and private hot tub.  It’s been 
newly remodeled with elegant furniture, quality king bed, luxury 
bedding, appliances, kitchen supplies, high speed Internet 
connections, etc.  We lovingly furnished and 
decorated it with an eye toward beauty and comfort with extra 
special touches to pamper you including an amazing massage chair.  
Have you ever noticed how good you feel when you’re in pleasing 
surroundings?  We really want you to feel good while you stay with 
us in our Asheville NC vacation home rental!

Our delightful cedar cabin is tucked away in a cluster of homes that 
adjoins 33 acres of woodlands right outside your back door.  Even 
though you’re only a mile from the Asheville airport and the 
Interstate, you can watch wild turkeys and deer wander through your 
yard.  This ideal location is between Asheville and Hendersonville 
with only 10 minutes to either downtown.

A cheerful gas stone fireplace in a soaring 20 foot wall with a 
lovely oil painting above greet you as you enter your front door. 
The luxurious, very comfortable couches and rich marble tables are 
quietly elegant & a perfect nest to watch your 37" flat screen HDTV 
with built-in DVD.  Choose from over 100 movies in our video library 
or watch cable TV.  Better yet, it’s the ideal spot to just 
peacefully sit and unwind in front of the fire.  

Central air conditioning makes summers cool although seldom needed 
in these Blue Ridge Mountains.  Just past the living room is the eat-
in kitchen and pretty powder room.

Your romantic upstairs loft bedroom suite features a magnificent 
tapestry over a sumptuous Simmons king size bed, 400 thread count 
Egyptian cotton sheets, butter-soft blankets and choice of pillows 
including contour memory foam.  Lay in luxury while you watch your 
flat screen TV with a simple-to-use built-in DVD/VCR. A handsome 
dresser, chest of drawers and walk-in closet offer plenty of space 
for your clothes. And, best of all, an amazing Human Touch 
Technology Massage Chair will send you to heaven! It’s our favorite 
ultimate pleasure.  A tasteful bathroom with a Jacuzzi 
bathtub/shower and sumptuously thick cotton towels complete the 
master suite.  Oh, don’t you love to be spoiled!

If you prepare meals at home, your eat-in kitchen is fully equipped 
with all new everything! You have full size new appliances including 
refrigerator with ice/water in the door, ceramic glass cooktop with 
self-cleaning oven, dishwasher, microwave, and disposal.  Enhance 
your meals by serving them on our festive hand painted dinnerware, 
heavy glasses and quality silverware.  You’ll find sharp knives, a 
multitude of pots, pans, bake dishes, cookie sheets, cake pans, 
pizza pan, muffin pans, hand mixer, toaster, blender, waffle iron, 
coffeemaker and even a coffee grinder for your freshly brewed 
coffee.  You’ll find a selection of spices and a few other goodies 
as well.  Tucked away in a corner of the kitchen, you’ll find a new 
full size washer and dryer for your convenience.  

Step out your back door onto a wonderful screened, covered porch.  
Relax there in privacy in an intimate two-person lounger spa hot tub 
and view the woods and wildlife in your back yard.  Drink a morning 
cup of coffee in the deck chairs or venture out into the yard to 
enjoy the gas BBQ grill, two-person swing or wander down the 
woodlands trail to the creek with a swing suspended from a tree.
Ah, the romance of it all! 

For the fun of it, we’ve provided a vintage 1948 Scrabble board with 
100 wooden tiles, a 1961 Monopoly game, a 1974 Easy Money game plus 
games such as chess, checkers, playing cards, Yahtzee, etc. In 
addition, we have a small selection of enjoyable paperback novels. 

We’ve had a great time creating a nurturing restful atmosphere here 
in the Blue Ridge Mountains.  We’ve newly furnished, painted and 
supplied our house with everything to make your visit a dream 
vacation.  This is our favorite place in the world and we’re 
thrilled to share our enchanted little chalet with you. You're 
centrally located with only 10 minutes to the heart of 
Asheville or Hendersonville. Whether for vacation, for short-term or

A must see is the 250 room Biltmore House. If you love to shop, there 
are fantastic antique stores, numerous galleries, unique boutique 
shops, & amazing hand-crafted goods, This region is host to numerous 
festivals filled with music, dance, arts & crafts, There are family 
events, concerts, cinemas and museums, For golfers, there are 
numerous courses including Jack Nicholas newly designed world class 
championship golf course, The Cliffs, There is skiing, white water 
rafting, you name it! Check out the new Fun Depot for a wealth of 
indoor fun, Sightseeing along the Blue Ridge Parkway is outstanding 
with many hiking trails & waterfalls along the way, These ancient 
Appalachian Mountains is home to mountain music & dancing, Several 
times a week you can test your dancing shoes at Contra Dancing with 
live upbeat Celtic music.

We promise that you won’t be bored!  When you’re exhausted after a 
day’s exploring, know that you can come home to a hot tub, massage

Vacation Rental Rates

Mid-week nightly rate:  $129  (Mon, Tues, Wed, Thurs);
Week-end nightly rate: $149  (Fri, Sat, Sun)

Week Rate(Jan, Feb, Mar, April, Sept, Nov, Dec except holidays): $700
Week Rate (May, June, July, Aug, Oct & except holidays): $850
Week Holiday (Easter, 4th of July, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year):  $950

Please add 11% taxes and $55 cleaning fee

Minimum Stay 3 - 7 nights depending on time of year.
Minimum Stights depending on time of year.
Minimum Stay may be waived for last minute bookings.

Pets must be preapproved at time of reservation.  There is a $15/night per pet rent.
