Large and fully furnished apartment approximately 1400 sq ft available for long term and short term rent. The apartment has two large bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The master bathroom features a huge walk in closet, vanity and private bathroom. The other bedroom has two twin beds, dresser and drawers, also with a very large closet. Both bedroom have spectacular ocean views.
The living room has a comfortable living room set perfect for relaxing after a day on the beach. The couch has a pull out bed that can sleep an additional two people. Through the living room, you can reach the terrace that overlooks the ocean. The terrace doors are floor to ceiling glass and provide a great sunny view of the coast. There is a dining area comfortable enough to host you and your guests for meals and cocktails. The cozy kitchen is clean and fully equipped with all appliances, dishes, etc.

Beach activities include snorkeling, jet skiing, kayaking, parasailing and other fantastic water activities. You can also book a relaxing and rejuvenating spa treatment with the resort.
If you enjoy preparing your own meals, there are a number of supermarkets in the area, some within walking distance. There are several Publix stores close to the condo, Winn- Dixie and Walmart. Nearby dining options are overwhelming. Some options include a new Thai restaurant directly across the street in the marina, fun Greek restaurants with dancing and plenty of Kosher and vegan options. There are several malls within driving distance, and a nearby casino in the Fort Lauderdale area.
