vacation rental description
A great beach house/cottage in a private beach community, with spacious decking, lovely private yard and a sunny pool. Three bedrooms and 2 baths upstairs, master w/ french doors leading to the pool (not good for small children). Finished lower level with a pull out queen sofa, 2 twins and french doors leading to the outside/pool. A short stroll to a beautiful bay beach and just minutes to Southampton & Sag Harbor villages and ocean beaches.

Air conditioned, 4 cable TVs, outdoor shower, dishwasher, washer & dryer, working fireplace, barbeque, all cooking & serving utensils, sheets, towels, WiFi, copy machine, scanner, fax, beach chairs and beach umbrella. Finished lower level w/ pull out sofa and 2 twn beds can be used as a 4th bedroom. Two night minimum stay. Maid service/ cleanup fee $150. Maid service fee/ $25 per hour if requested during the stay.
