Fully furnished 5 bedroom home with air-conditioning located on 
public golf course on the edge of Coeur d'Alene Idaho.  

Will sleep 10 comfortably in 1 King bedroom, 2 Queen bedrooms, 1 
bedroom with 2 double beds, 1 bedroom with 1 twin bunk bed 
set, kitchen, dining room, family room, living room. 

Fully fenced back yard with covered patio. Trailer and vehicle 
parking space available in 2 car garage, driveway, in fenced yard, 
or on the street.  

Peacefull setting on the 10th hole of public golf course.  Property 
is within walking distance to all services and parks. Easy access 
from freeway and 1 mile from boat launch. Construction has started 
on the new community center that will include 4 pools about a block away.  They are 
currently finishing the dirt work and will be starting foundation during the summer. The 
trail to Ramsey park will be closed until the firtwork is finished. 

Dogs ok but a refundable and non refundable deposits are required.

moose, coyotes, and quail from the house!
many trails and parks, 1 trail leading from Spokane river to 
Sandpoint directly infront on the house. Ramsey Park is a 2 minute 
walk and includes 2 play grounds, Tennis courts, basketball courts, 
baseball & soccor fields

Shopping close downtown, Oaks mall and Spokane mall, 

1st tee of golf course is a 5 minute walk. Club house is within view 
of back yard,

Large multiplex Movie Theatre and restaurants are within a ten 
minute walk.

Summer Rates(Jun 1- Sept 12):

     4-6 peiople:

Summer Non Holiday.....$1200/week, 250/night (3 night min)
Holiday Week...........$1500/week  300/night (3 night min)
Iron Man week......... $2000/Week
$20/extra person/night
$80 Cleaning Fee ($100 for groups larger than 6)
Pet rental fee.........$20/night(+ $50 refundable cleaning deposit) 

Winter Rates (By week or Month only):
    Sept 12-May 31 (Excluding holiday Dec 20-Jan 2):
     
    Up to 6 people    
          Weekly $900
          Monthly $2,300

*$200 non refundable Deposit due upon booking (applied to rental    
fee), Balance including cleaning fee, $200 refundable security 
deposit and Idaho taxes is due 45 days prior to arrival

*Security Deposit will be refunded within 72 hours after last day
