This comfortable lakefront cottage located on Gardner's Lake in Whiting, Maine is situated just 50 feet from the sandy water's edge.

This 2 bedroom cottage features an open deck and an enclosed porch that are great for cookouts and watching family members swim and fish. It is perfect for summer and fall vacations. Enjoy swimming, fishing, water-skiing, and beautiful sunrises.
The interior of the cottage has a fully functional kitchen, dining area, living room, 2 bedrooms, and full bath. One bedroom has a full-size bed and the other has twin bunk beds. The living room has 2 couches, a recliner, a television with Direct Tv and DVD player. Cookware, utensils, microwave, washer, dryer, linens, outdoor gas grill, and local phone service are included. Pets are Welcome.

This cottage, 10 minutes from Machias (Celebrating its 250th birthday on June 15, 2013), offers visitors a wonderful  coastal vacation experience.  Our cottage is located in rural Downeast Maine, close to nature, and within minutes of East Machias, Roque Bluffs, Machiasport, Jonesport, and Cutler. Day trips to Jonesport, Eastport, Lubec, Campobello Island, Calais, Saint Croix Island, Ellsworth, Bangor, Bar Harbor, and Acadia National Park offer visitors a unique experience.

Plus 7% Maine State Sales Tax. A deposit of 400.00 is required to reserve the cottage. Deposit is due within 10 days of reserving the cottage.

A 300.00 refundable security deposit is due upon arrival. it will be refunded within 3 days after departure as long as the cabin is found to be clean, in neat condition and with no damage.

Cancellation policy: Deposits will be refunded ONLY if the cabin is re-rented.
