Gorgeous condo with all the comforts of home!  Overlooks pool.  In the heart of all the action and is minutes away from grocery store and restaurants, post office, urgent care, etc.  Let your troubles melt away as you enjoy the lake view from the living area and screened in porch.  It is time to relax!  Everything you need for a memorable visit is waiting for you!  Non smoking unit and no pets allowed.  Does not include boat slip but marinas are nearby. TWO night minimum.

Pool.  Includes queen and full bed, all bedding, towels, all kitchen appliances and utensils, 3 tv's, dvd player, bose radio, laundry room, beach towels etc.  Everything you need to play at the lake!

activities and attractions in Lake of the Ozarks Missouri

Lil Rizzos is just around the corner from this complex.  Pauls Supermarket is at the end of street and you are only 2 minutes from the Bagnell Dam Strip!  With the new expressway it is easy to navigate to all the fun the lake has to offer!  Osage Beach has a Factory Outlet Mall and movie theater and just across the street is Miner Mikes....every kids dream!  Linn Creek isn't far and is the location of Big Surf Waterpark. Camdenton has Bridal Cave and Ha Ha Tonka State Park.  There are many golf courses around the lake area and also mini-golf courses!  There are also public beaches.  The shows at Main Street Music Hall are a must see!

October - April nightly rates are $125

May- September nightly rates are $135

October - April weekly rates are $875

May - September weekly rates are $945

Cleaning fee added on top is $75 one time fee.  Fee is waived for weekly rentals.

Taxes charged on top of rental fee.  Cleaning fee not taxed.  Refundable $250 damage deposit required.

Payments can be made through Paypal or money order, cashiers check, personal check with enough clearance time.

This was the perfect place to relax and get to know our new grandson. We were able to eat in and rest. We grilled out the first night and enjoyed dinner on the screened-in porch overlooking the lake. We drove over to the Bagnell Dam Strip and took a ride on the paddle-wheel boat and did some touristy shopping the next day. Also there are strip malls within a reasonable drive if you want to get groceries. Gas stations are nearby; fast food places and some nicer restaurants as well. There was a produce stand with fresh produce and flowers also nearby. We were there to sleep, eat, read, watch TV, relax, and this was ideal. There was enough privacy and space for the two of us and our daughter's family. The condo was beautifully decorated and had all sorts of little things: laundry detergent for the washer/dryer, enough dishwashing soap and trash bags. Just the little touches that make a stay worry-free. Don and Suzy were accessible by phone and ready to serve. We got in later than check-in but had no problems letting ourselves in. Every morning it was a treat to sit on the porch with coffee in hand and watch the lake. We went to the pool one day, but it was chilly and started to rain.
Again, what a wonderful place to stay. It was clean, airy, comfortable, reasonable. You couldn't go wrong here at all.

Recommended for: age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway

Very comfortable, great location

We really enjoyed our recent stay in the condo. The location was great for easy access to many activities. The view of the lake was great. Our young kiddos loved the pool - we were often the only people using it! Clean, all of the basics our family looks for in a vacation "home".

Recommended for: age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway

Excellent condo, great owners. Everything was as promised. Clean, well stocked, well appointed condo. Nice pool, easy access from HH. View is very nice from high up on 3rd floor. Beautiful lights on the main channel at night. Would recommend.
