RNC Charming Apartment rental close to downtown in Tampa

Love old-world mediteranean charm?  Enjoy waking up and watching the sunrise during your morning run?  Like lots of restaurant options for any time of day?  Want to relax in your own private courtyard at the end of a long day in a hammock with a margarita? Minutes from downtown, a sunny 1920's Mediteranean 1 1/2 bedroom apartment is available for short-term rental during the RNC.  $300 per night, 7 day minimum with a $1600 refundable deposit required to rent.  This 900 square foot apartment, laid out "shot-gun" style, will comfortably hold 2 to 4 guests.  

Apartment features one bedroom with a double bed and a den with a full-size futon. Private landscaped courtyard with a hammock and patio set will provide a great spot to have a beer to unwind or breakfast in the morning. Should comfortably sleep 2-4 guest. Includes all furnishings photographed, new digital tv, high-speed wireless internet, and central air. Parking available for 1-2 cars in a parking lot behind the apartment. Additional stay or days can be negotiated. 

Wow, thre are so many attractions to list in this quaint and charming area (Palma Ceia)!  Start off your day about 1/4 mile from the apartment with a run on beautiful Bayshore Boulevard, a Tampa Landmark with 8 miles of continuous sidewalk.  Watch for dolphins!  On the way back to the apartment, pick up some "Jamaican Me Crazy" coffee at Pinky's (a block a way) or if you like to play it safe, walk another block to Starbucks.  It is Bayshore that will connect you with downtown- you'll jot approximately 3 miles down to the Convention Center.  Home for lunch?  Check out a Greek or fast-food Indian place in the same plaza as Starbucks.  Want to go out for dinner?  Within a one to two block radius, there is a delicious (and charming) pizza place, a fantastic Lebanese restaurant with a lot of atmosphere, an American bistro with a long list of craft beers (and waffles and fried chicken- yum!), a Sushi Restaurant with the most amazing sake roll.  Want to go out for more- there are 3 neighborhood bars within 2 blocks...if I expand my radius by another few blocks, I could think of so many more great places.

7 night minimum during the convention.  Additional stay can be negotiated (possibly at a lower price).  $1600 deposit required to reserve, which will be fully refundable upon satisfactorily returning the property in good condition.  $2100 payment required on first day of rental.
