There is a $100 association application fee.  
Rates are in USD 
 
$500 security deposit (refunded within next day after departure  
following inspection). A $100 cleaning fee will be deducted if unit  
is not returned clean.  
 
To reserve the apartment, you will need a $500 deposit. Payment in  
full required 30 days prior to your arrival.
