Just 30 minutes from the Ft. Walton Beach Airport, our condo is a part of a small, quiet complex, with a swimming pool. Only short walk to the beach and Pompano Joe's restaurant. 
On the second floor, this spacious 1 bedroom sleeps 2 to 5 persons has a cozy balcony overlooking the pool.

Check in time is 4 pm. Check out time is 10 am.
Prior to check out please:  Take out garbage, clean out refrigerator, and load and run the dishwasher.

A part of a private 16 unit complex, this 1 bedroom and 1 bath, newly renovated condo is only 300 feet to the beach. The bedroom features a queen sized bed and  26 inch television in bedroom and living room with vcr and dvd combo for each.

We just updated the master bedroom mattress. We put a antimicrobial 4 inch Serta Memory Foam topper. It will provide support and helps rejuvenate tired muscles and eases back pain for any of our guest with back problems.

The area boasts sugar white sand beaches and was named one of the 10 Most Beautiful Places by Good Morning America. 

Destin is also known as the best little fishing village in Florida for a reason. There are charter services and SCUBA diving trips close by. 

Other beach and water sports include parasiling, waverunners, jet ski and pontoon boat rentals or enjoy one of the several dinner or glass bottom boat cruises available in the area. 

If you prefer, stay on land and visit the Harbor Walk Village for waterfront shopping with a collection fo restaurants, water activites, shops and boutiques. 

If Golf is your thing, you can putt putt or take the full swing.

Also close by is the newly reopened Gulfarium Marine Adventure Park and Big Kahuna Water Park.

Pet friendly - small pets allowed with owners permission. $20.00 a night pet fee.

Half of rent due 45 days before reservation date and remainder due  14 days prior, if applicable.
