Vacation Rental Description

This is a non-smoking home. No Pets, This cozy, three-bedroom, three-bath, lake 
house is located on a quite cove with Casper, a blue heron and a newcomer, Billy 
Beaver. Convenient location, southeast quadrant of the lake, one block off of Route 
903. Very short distance to main lake. It has front and back porch decks and a 
screened porch area. The partially fenced yard (almost 1 acre) has an almost flat 
slope to the waters edge, with an easy walk from house to dock. The front porch has 
an access ramp, making it easy to carry in groceries, and for anyone with a disability. 
     The house is very clean and newly refurbished — freshly painted, new mattresses 
on all the beds. New windows, new flooring and carpet thruout, new dishwasher and 
small appliances. Nicely decorated. The kitchen is fully equipped —- microwave, 
dishwasher, coffee maker, refrigerator with icemaker. 
   The home is located in a small neighborhood. No highway traffic can be heard from 
property, an extremely quiet area. Convenient to I-95, Roanoke Rapids, Carolina 
Crossroads, Littleton. There is a Food Lion, BB&T bank, drug store, as well as 
numerous restaurants close by. See menus in rental literature. There is a high chair, 
play table and miscellaneous toys for small children. Horseshoe pitch, volleyball and 
racquet ball yard games for older ones.
     Fishing gear, bait and boat rentals and boat ramps are available at nearby 
Stonehouse Timber Lodge. A public boat ramp is about 3 blocks away. A paddle boat 
is available for use in the cove. The boat and boat house are not available as part of 
the rental agreement, but space is available to tie your boat to the dock.
     Please bring your own sheets and towels. Pillows, blankets, and bed coverings are 
provided. The master bedroom has a king size bed. Bedroom #2 has a queen bed. 
Bedroom #3 has 2 twin-sized beds. The great room has a queen size sofa bed. Linens 
can be provided for a fee of $25.00.

Vacation Rental Amenities

The great room area contains a 32-inch satellite equipped (Direct TV basic service) 
Sony TV. The home also has high speed Embarq DSL service along with unlimited 
local/long distance nationwide telephone service. Waterfront side of house has nice 
lake view. The home is located in a small neighborhood. No highway traffic can be 
heard from property, an extremely quiet area. Convenient to I-95, Roanoke Rapids, 
Carolina Crossroads, Littleton. There is a Food Lion, BB&T bank, drug store, movie 
rental store, as well as numerous restaurants close by. See menus in rental literature.

Activities and Attractions

All water sports. Fishing gear, bait and boat rentals and boat ramps are available at

Vacation Rental Rates

Our house is rented Saturday to Saturday, 50% of your total bill will be 
your deposit.
(Check in at 4 pm Saturday, Check out by 11 am the following Saturday)
              Peak Season (April 15th to October 15th)
    Weekly Rate -- $1000.00
    Cleaning Fee	 -- $150.00
    $300 Refundable Damage/Loss Deposit -- $300.00
    3-Day weekend rate if available -- $515.00
    State/Local Taxes (10%) -- $145.00

              Off-Peak Season (October 16th to April 14th)
    Weekly Rate -- $700.00
    Cleaning Fee -- $150.00
    $300 Refundable Damage/Loss Deposit -- $300.00
    3-Day weekend rate if available -- $360.00
    State/Local Taxes (10%) -- $ 85.00
Reminder: A 50% deposit of your total bill is required to secure your 
reservation.
