This home is a short 5-minute drive to downtown Bemus Point where you will enjoy shopping, great restaurants, and lake access! Boat Rentals are available at numerous close locations. Chautauqua Institution is a short 20-minute drive from Bemus Point. You may want to take a drive into downtown Jamestown and tour the Lucille Ball Museum and Playhouse. Jamestown is home to many fine Swedish Bakeries, great Pizza, and the famous Johnny's Texas Hots.
