Vacation Rental Description

A rare find! A true family beach house with handicapped  
accessibility. All the comforts of home and more! This 4 bedroom,  
3.5 bathroom home is located just a short walk from our community's  
(Bid-A-Wee) private dedicated beach.   
It has a large beautiful pool with waterfall, outside enclosed  
shower (4x8) with hot & cold water, beautiful landscaped yard,  
gas grill and outside dining areas.  Our beach home is well  
maintained with unique decorator touches. Sleeps a total of 15. 
 
MAIN HOUSE: (second and third floor) The second floor consists of  
a large great room with Queen Sleeper Sofa, opening into dining room  
and fully stocked newly remodeled kitchen with bar eating area.   
Master bedroom with king bed, large bathroom and separate laundry  
room with washer & dryer also on this floor. 
Third floor of main house has two bedrooms, two bathrooms.  Blue  
Room has queen bed with private bath.  Kid's Room has 2 sets of bunk  
beds and sleeps five with a half bath. 
Great room has 27” TV with VCR/DVD player, all bedrooms have a TV.  
Main house sleeps 11. 
 
FIRST FLOOR:  It has a large open living room with Queen Sofa, 27”   
TV with VCR/DVD, dining room, kitchen with bar eating area, and  
laundry room.  Large Master bedroom with King Bed, sitting area , TV  
and bath. It is accessible to the main house by the steps or  
handicapped ramp outside.   Sleeps a total of 4. 
 
This is a NON SMOKING property. 
 
We rent to Families only..No Exceptions!!!
