Hummingbird By The Sea---Waterfall Private Pool in Panama City Beach

A rare find! A true family beach house with limited handicapped
accessibility. All the comforts of home and more! This 4 bedroom,
3.5 bathroom home is located just a short walk from our community's
(Bid-A-Wee) private dedicated beach. 
We have a large beautiful pool with waterfall, outside enclosed
shower (6x8) with hot & cold water, beautiful landscaped fenced yard,
gas grill and outside dining areas. Our beach house is very well
maintained with unique decorator touches. Sleeps a total of 15.

FIRST FLOOR: It has a large open floor plan with living/dining/kitchen area, so you are always part of the fun. Living room has a queen sofa bed and a 32"
TV with VCR/DVD. Dining room seats 6 or more. The kitchen is fully equipped and has an island that seats four. The Master bedroom has a King Bed with sitting area and TV. There is a large bathroom and separate laundry room. It is accessible to the main house by the steps or handicapped ramp outside. Sleeps a total of 4.

SECOND FLOOR: It is similar to the downstairs with a large open floor plan with the living/dining/kitchen area.  We also have a great deck with a picnic table, rocking chairs and additional seating with wonderful ocean breezes.  The great room has a sectional sofa with a queen sleeper bed and a flat screen TV. The dining room table is also great for cards or games.  The kitchen was completely redone a couple of years ago, is fully equipped and has a island bar eating area. Master bedroom with king bed, large bathroom and separate laundry
room with washer & dryer also on this floor.
THIRD FLOOR: It has two bedrooms, two bathrooms. The Blue Room has a queen bed with private bath. The Kid's Room has 2 sets of bunk beds and sleeps five with a half bath. All bedrooms have a TV.
This section (2nd & 3rd floor) of the house sleeps 11.
Our beach house is furnished for our own large family vacations. We have large pots and pans, dishes for 16 upstairs and 12 downstairs. We also keep melamine dishes for outside use.
We maintain this beachhouse for our own family. So you'll never find old or worn linens or pans that have seen better days. We replace everything as needed. We furnish all linens with plenty of extra sheets and towels.
This is a NON SMOKING property.
We rent to Families only..No Exceptions!!!  Unless you qualify for AARP!!!
