The Dune Refuge is a 3 br/2.5 bath beach house with unobstucted views of Gulf and Beach. The house is adjacent to the wildlife refuge so there is no development in front of the house or to the east! It is basically a Gulf Front beach house! You can walk miles of undeveloped beach. There is a boardwalk, which is steps from the back door of the Dune Refuge Beach house. This is the way the beach was 50 years ago!
The house is not far from the action of Gulf Shores. In fact, it is only 8 miles from Hwy 59 in Gulf Shores.
Dune Refuge is a remodeled beach house with wonderful covered porches to enjoy the view and sound of the waves. The tile throughout the lower level and the granite countertops give this house a clean and luxurious feeling.
