Vacation Rental Description

This privately owned vacation cabin in Big Bear is charming with all  
knotty pine interior walls, two bedrooms, one bath. You can snow  
ski,fish or go biking and hiking. Imagine relaxing on the front  
porch in the summer, or making a snowman in the winter. A warm  
fireplace provides the perfect setting for a cozy evening. In the  
living room you will enjoy the cable flat screen TV, a VCR/DVD  
player and a music system. The antique school desk adds a touch of  
charm.  
Bring your computer to use the high speed DSL internet access. 
 
This delightful cabin is even decorated for Christmas. You will  
enjoy the fully equipped kitchen, with stove, refrigerator,  
microwave and all dishes and pots and pans. There are even sugar,  
flour and spices! If you would rather not cook, you will find lots  
of restaurant menus to help in choosing where to eat. 
 
You can watch TV in the comfy queen bed in the master bedroom. On  
cold winter nights, there is a down comforter to keep you warm. You  
will even find an antique quilt or two. The view from the window  
looks out to the front garden, with Spruce, Cypress and Cedar trees. 
  
The second bedroom features two twin beds and a set of bunk beds, to  
sleep four. The many comforters will keep you toasty warm in the  
winter. The summer flowers can be viewed from the window that faces  
the rear yard, patio and BBQ. 
 
This is the cabin owner's second home, so it has many special  
touches. On a chilly evening, you can curl up on the sofa wrapped in  
a hand crocheted afghan. This "home away from home" is a perfect  
setting to relax and unwind. Early American antiques dot the  
surroundings, giving it a warm and homey feeling. Come see why many  
guests return and also recommend this wonderful cottage to their  
friends. This cottage is even decorated for Christmas!

The cottage is located approximately 3 miles east of the ski slopes  
and 2 miles east of the lake.

You can enjoy boating, skiing, hiking, rent bicycles and go  
horseback  
riding in Big Bear. Young ones will enjoy the local zoo.

Vacation Rental Rates

Cabin sleeps a maximum of 6.  
 
From $135 per night - Summer, minimum of 2 nights 
From $145 per night - Winter, minimum of 2 nights 
From $155 per night - Holiday rate, additional minimum nights  
required 
From $275 per night - Christmas/New Years holidays, additional  
minimum nights required 
Sorry, no pets allowed 
9.5% Occupancy Tax on rental portion only 
$150 refundable Security/Cleaning deposit 
 
There is a two night minimum for non-holiday dates. 
Pillows and blankets are provided, but you will need to bring your  
own linens. Linen service available for extra charge.
