Beautiful beachfront home on Silver Lake with 135 ft. of private beach on shallow water cove. Large outdoor deck on the back of the home is perfect for relaxing and enjoying the view of one of Michigan's most beautiful (all sports) lakes. The home has it's very own pub overlooking the lake with access to the large back deck that leads to the beach. Three gas fireplaces in the home make for a cozy feeling (great for winter vacations!) and the balcony off the master bedroom is the perfect spot to watch the sunset over the lake. Only five miles from downtown Traverse City and close to the peninsula for great wine touring! The home is large with an open layout, so large groups never feel cramped. A large full kitchen is perfect for large groups to cook in, which is a great money saver for long vacations. Whether you are looking for a relaxing vacation on your own private beach or a fun get together with friends and family, this is a great choice for any vacation!

The beach house is only 2 miles from a great park with walking trails, tennis courts, and a playground for young children. There is a deli/pizzaria/party store only 3 miles away that serves many different kinds of foods and libations delivered right to your door (everything in the store can be delivered!). The home is set on the east shore of Silver Lake, which makes for great sunsets over the lake. With a large back deck and balcony off the master bedroom, there is never a shortage of space to enjoy the beautiful views.

We have a fishing boat with a motor available for rent (ask owner for rates), a private beach, personal pub, and just a ten minute drive from downtown Traverse City!

vacation rental rates
We rent year round! During peak season (Memorial Day to Labor Day) rates are $3600-$4200/week. During the off season we can rent for less than a week, and up to a month year round.
$500 and signed rental agreement needed to secure booking.
$100 cleaning deposit and $500 damanges deposit (damages deposit and cleaning deposit to be refunded granted the beach home is left with no damages and clean).
