Summerchase 1201 is an east corner unit with AMAZING views from the wrap around balcony! Only a public beach access to the east of this building so there is nothing next to you to block your views. Fully equipped kitchen with everything that you need to make your stay away from home convenient for you. There is also a washer and dryer inside the unit. The dining table seats six and there are two bar stools.
Living room features a sofa sleeper and 42" flat screen TV with DVD player. Master bedroom has a king sized bed with 36" flat screen TV with DVD player. The master bedroom has a spacious adjoining bathroom as well. Second bedroom also has a king sized bed with 36" flat screen TV and DVD player. Guest bedroom has two full sized beds and a 36" flat screen TV with DVD player. The two guest bedrooms share a hall bathroom.
Wireless internet access. Two cars allowed.
