An oceanfront home new to renting with all new furnishings, granite countertops, hot tub, enclosed outdoor shower, etc. The sun drenched living, dining, and kitchen area are on the top floor with one master bedroom. There is a sun deck off the living room with deck furniture.
The other master bedroom with a king bed and private bath is oceanfront with sliding glass door to the covered deck. The other 2 bedrooms are located on the first floor with a full bath and laundry area. The hot tub is located on the coverd oceanfront deck. There is a soundview deck on the streetside with views of the Intracoastal Waterway - great place to watch the sunset.
