Vacation Rental Description

Exclusive beach house situated right in front of Ferradura  
Beach, one of the most charming beaches of Búzios. The sand is  
by the door steps. With a beautiful sea view. 
  One step out of the door and you are in the sand, a few more  
and you will be in the quiets waters of Ferradura beach. It's an  
invitation to people of all ages who love to practice water  
sports, swimming, or simply enjoying the sun reading a good  
book. 
  Ferradura's exclusiveness and uniqueness is due to the  
combination of its beautiful surroundings, clean and calm waters  
(the result of it's horseshoe format), and the most refined  
residences of Búzios.

Vacation Rental Amenities

It has a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, all dish and  
Glassware, two refrigerators, freezer etc.  
 Wi-fi internet, air conditioning on all bedroons, hot water,  
DVD Player, Satellite TV (SKY), 40" LCD TV, CD player, pure  
cotton linens and towels used. 
 Outdoor Jacuzzi for 5 persons, steam sauna, swimming pool (with  
kid's area), KAYAKE, BBQ grille, outdoor shower, beach towels.  
 
 Six Suites (Two of them with King Size bed,  
two with Queen size bed and two with two single beds in each). 
 
 All Suites with air conditioning and ceiling fans.  
 The house can accommodate comfortably 12 people. 
  
 
 Besides all this, there are two living rooms and a dinning room  
with panoramic beach view and private parking for 5 cars.  
 To support your stay a maide can be hired to prepare meals and  
keep the house clean. The service of a "waiter/barbecue maker"  
may also be hired. 
  
 Portuguese lessons available upon request.

Activities and Attractions

Ferradura´s Beach Activities: 
 
  Swimming, sailing, windsurfing, water skiing, walking and  
running on the beach, sight seeing walk around Ferradura´s  
beautiful landscape, etc.. 
 There are beach restaurants at Ferradura where you can eat   
fresh fish, oysters and have a couple of "brazilian  
caipirinhas". 
 If you decide to go out, you can eat at refined restaurants at  
'Rua das Pedras' (Stones´s Street), just a few minutes from  
Ferradura. 
 
 Búzios has more than 20 different pretty tropical beaches,  
great restaurants, night life, etc..

Vacation Rental Rates

The house is available for daily, weekly or monthly rent. 
 
 From April to June, and from August to October, except  
holidays, EUR552.00 (R$1.500.00) per night. From November to  
March and July, EUR736,00 (R$2.000.00) per night.  
 
2008/2009 New Years Holiday, EUR1.286,00 (R$3.500,00) per night. 
  
 The service of a maide for cleaning and cooking is included. A 
gardner's service is also included to keep the outside in order.  
In case a second employer is wanted to prepare barbecue and work  
as a waiter, prepare "caipirinhas" and set up the KAYAKE,  
EUR31,00 will be charged per day of service.
