We originally came from a town (home to Paul McCartney) near
Liverpool England and you will see this influence to help you share the UK and
Liverpool experiences while enjoying a relaxing or action packed vacation.

Our 3600 sq ft two level home is only 4 years of age with all modern amenities
including dual zone A/C and a full home backup generator to ensure your stay
comfortable and hassle free

One mile from Fennville, MI, with its restaurants and
sizeable grocery store

Just 5 miles east of Lake Michigan and approximately 10
minutes from Saugatuck/Douglas.

Enjoy eating in our fully equipped kitchen and large dining
room area or try many of the fine restaurants just miles away. The home is
comfortable for all seasons, affording close and easy access to
skiing/snowmobiling in the winter, orchard/winery visits in the spring,
swimming/fishing/boating in the summer and antiquing/shopping/dining all year
round

its own dock across the street on beautiful spring-fed Hutchins Lake.   

Hutchins lake ia a hidden gem, this 400 acre sporting lake is right in the
heart of Michigan’s fruit farms, forest trails, vineyards and beaches.Warmer calmer water than lake Michigan which is only a short drive away, the best of both worlds !

What Not Inn - great live music on saturdays, all you can eat fish fry fridays

A ten minute drive to Saugatuck or South Haven with their many shops and restaurants

Holland is a 20 minute drive to all the larger shops, Target, Walmart, Best Buy etc and many more restaurants in the retail area or the pretty down town

Rates Details *

* Note - Fees applied to each rental (any duration)

Michigan Tax and Toursim = 7%

Cleaning $100 per stay

Credit card - 2% (security deposit can be credited straight back to any credit card sales)

High Season - (June 1st  to Labor day weekend inclusive)

3 Night Minimum Required

3 Nights $1150, 4 Nights $1480, Weekly $1850 all plus fees

Low Season - (Labor day weekend to May 31st)

Minimum 2 nights required

2 nights $ 650, 3 Nights $850, 4 Nights $1100, Weekly $1500 September-May

Pets

Dogs by prior arrangment $50 per dog for weekend or $80 per dog per week

Security/Damages Deposit

A refundable security deposit $500 will be required to cover potential damages (full conditions in rental agreement)

Longer Stays -Rates for longer stays (weeks or months) available on request

Cancellations Policy

–  A sixty (60) day notice is required
for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than sixty (60) days prior
to the arrival date will incur no penalty. Cancellations or changes that result
in a shortened stay, that are made within 60 days of the arrival date, forfeit
the full advance payment and reservation deposit. Cancellation or early
departure does not warrant any refund of rent.
