vacation rental description
Located in the Meadows, a quiet section of old town Key West, within walking distance to Duval Street, restaurants and famous Mallory Square. The Old Town Restoration Foundation featured the home in its tours. The Conch style house, built in the 1930’s and remodeled in 2004, has a private driveway for two cars, indoor pool, outside Jacuzzi, his and hers showers and a cabana containing washer and dryer set in a tropical setting.
The living room and bedrooms are beautifully decorated. The bathrooms are luxuriously appointed with Italian marble floors and walls. There is a Jacuzzi bathtub in the upstairs bathroom and a shower in the downstairs bathroom.
Floors are wood throughout except kitchen and bathrooms that have light colored tiled floors.
The entrance leads to a large living room furnished with tropical furniture. The modernized kitchen faces the indoor pool and coral bar.
French doors off the kitchen open to the landscaped back yard, the large Jacuzzi and cabana.
The artwork is mostly local. The prints, signed by Michelle Kennedy, P. Hagstrom, Elizabeth B. Dalton and Barton, feature tropical motifs.
The staircase leads to two spacious, tastefully furnished bedrooms and upstairs bath. A deck off the Master bedroom and two porches on the front allows you to enjoy outdoor life at its finest.
