It has hardwood floors, queen beds in both, a brand new completely remodeled fully equipped kitchen, one bathroom, dining room and a living room with a full entertainment center, and a sleeper sofa for additional guests. The house has also has high speed WIFI is as well as its own washer and dryer.
This pet friendly rental home also has a private fenced in grassy and tropically landscaped front yard as well as a backyard with bbq and outdoor seating for six to relax after a long day at the beach.
A Beautiful 2 Bedroom 1 Bath Home nestled in the most desirable location in Pacific Beach, North PB. Tourmaline Beach and Surf Park are less than 2 ½ blocks away. We are located in a quiet residential neighborhood, within walking distance to some of the best restaurants in San Diego along with great night life nearby. Great coffee shops, a grocery store and Bird Rock (la Jolla), Turquoise Shopping ect.; Far enough from the hustle and bustle but close enough to enjoy it! You will Love this Home. The Owner designed it for his family but had to move for his career. It is very well done with an open layout, a very high end kitchen, redwood deck off both the front and the back, pet friendly with a doggy door connected to the private yard, a great hot tub, picnic area, and is wonderfully landscaped throughout.
