house rental amenities
This home is roughly 3000 sq feet with a wonderful covered front porch with a swing where you can sip on some wine over a lovely conversation.
The kitchen is incredible with a six burner with griddle gas cooktop, double oven, huge refrigerator/freezer (64" wide), butcher block, double drawer dishwasher, wine cabinet, microwave and a funky copper farmers sink.
There is a formal dining room, but also a peninsula island with bar stools for morning cereal. The living room is spacious with a baby grand piano, acoustic and bass guitars, fire place and huge book shelves. The art work is original.
There is a TV room with a large desk for working at, along with a treadmill to work off that evening wine with! : )
The master bedroom takes up the entire 2nd floor with dual shower heads, double vanity sinks, a make up counter and sitting area. Soaring ceilings, with exposed beams this room with it's multi-light system can peace you out in minutes! Don't forget the reading nook that sits up high and has a window you can look out over the neighborhood when reading your favorite book.
The other two bedrooms have bathrooms that are private; one with a shower and the other with a tub/shower. All the rooms are very spacious and the living room can sleep one on the couch as well. One has a queen size bed and the other two twins.
The entire yard is fenced all the way around. There is on street parking, or you can pull onto the pad in back and lock the gate.
This home is not "child proofed," so if you have little ones who are use to exploring, this is something to consider.
To book and reserve this home, there is a $500 deposit required (refundable within 48 hours of departure) and also a $39 damage waiver fee, available through this site.
You can request a Paypal payment request ( a $15 fee applies), or send a money order, cashiers check in the mail. Before check in, the payment must be made in full either by cashiers check, or personal check that is "cleared" before your arrival.
