The Condo is in Wonderful Sarasota Close to Bayfront Park and downtown Sarasota.Lido beach and seista key voted # 1 beach in the USA is less then 3 miles away.The complex is set in the florida keys style and sits on 10 acres in a garden enivorment and backing on to the hudson bayou and next door to a secluded park.The condo itself has evrything you will need to make you feel right at home.Living room, Master bedroom, full kitchen, leather queen size sofa & love seat.Screened in patio with wicker furniture and afternoon Sun.The condo is made for up to 4 people.The living room has a 36 inch TV.The kitchen is fully stocked with all the things you will need.Laundry room has a full size washer & dryer.Mater bedroom has a queen size bed 32 inch TV with hutch end tables and a 6 ft walk in closet. Full 4 peice bathroom and shower.Publix is across the street and you are less then a 5 minute walk to bayfront park, marina jacks and sarasota bay.Seista key & village is 3 miles away, St. Armands Circle and lido beach are 2 miles away.You can walk to neighorhood grocery stores,shopping centres and fine dining restaurants.You are in a very nice part of Sarasota as well.The condo also has free long distance calling in all of north america, wireless internet and FIOS TV.
