This  is a two story with three bedrooms. The bedrooms upstairs comfortably sleep 8. There are three access points to the upstairs balcony which runs the length of the property. The UNOBSTRUCTED views from this area is the BEAUTIFUL bay...at night the fireworks from Sea World become like a personal show. Located directly across from Mission Bay Sandy Beach with  Views of Downtown S.D. Skyline. 2nd story includes a 37 foot Balcony to relax in the morning with coffee or toast to the end of a day.

The master is large with a king. It has a large walk in closet and the bath is a jacuzzi tub and separate shower. This master is upgraded with beautiful tile and equipped with a small tv. Large laundry facility with washer dryer, sink and a door to access the rear of the property. This is a great feature when coming in from the beach. Back yard is fully landscaped with garden lights.
