Great location for this large 4 Bedroom Victorian house, with 10 foot ceilings throughtout and directly across the street from beautiful Lake Michigan beach. An easy 10 minute walk into town center and river walk, with shops, restaurants, marina, and lighthouse. Watch amazing sunsets every night right from your front porch! Or cozy up in front of the fireplace in our huge living room with two full size couches, chaise lounge, and overstuffed chairs with ottomans.

4 large bedrooms upstairs- 1 King size bed, 1 Queen size bed, 2 bedrooms with Twin beds (can be converted into Kings)and a full bath.  Queen sofa sleeper on lower level, music/reading room and full bath.  Top quality furnishings, completely equipped for all your needs. Our giant kitchen with New Stainless Steel appliances, has seating for 10 at the traditional farm table, along with a pub table and bar seating too. Dish TV, DVD, CD, WIFI, and free land line phone.  All linens provided, except towels.  No smoking, no pet environment.

Other amenities include, central AC, laundry room, and Weber gas grill with outdoor furnishings, as well.

Numerous festivals and events run thoughout the summer in South Haven.

Rates may vary based on time of rental, number of guests.  Between Memorial Day and Labor Day- weekly rentals only, Sat. -Sat.  Will consider half weeks for last minute rentals, when available.
