Kayak rentals, stand up paddle board rentals, and beach services are just a stone’s throw away, allowing the estate to be both fun and fanciful. The home theater, equipped with a large projector screen and surround sound bring movie night home with the press of a button.

The first floor welcomes with South Pacific flair. Equipped with a wet bar featuring a full size refrigerator, as well as a TV and sofa sleeper, the ground floor invites guests to slide off their flip flops, make a frozen fruity drink, and relax. The ground floor also has a full bathroom with a tub and shower. Nestled behind the sugar white dunes is the pool and patio area. This tranquil setting offers a love swing, 4.5’ splash pool and ample seating to laze the day away.

The second floor displays an exquisite attention to detail in every room. The half bath is adorned with a hand-painted mural of tropical foliage. Panoramic gulf views in the great room proudly display the dancing emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico. The spectacular scenery can also be enjoyed from the spacious balcony. This area features a 46” flat screen TV, wet bar, gas fireplace, dining seating for 12, and a thoughtfully planned kitchen for the true entertainer. Boasting two dishwashers and two ovens, the kitchen is the perfect setting to prepare for a memorable family gathering. Adjacent to the great room lies the home theater.

The third floor offers lake views to the north and gulf views to the south. The first bedroom has a full size bed, lake view, small flat screen TV and a private bathroom featuring a pedestal sink and shower stall. The second and master bedroom suite offers an air of romanticism with panoramic gulf views, a king size bed, balcony, gas fireplace, large flat screen TV with seating area and kitchenette. It also has a spacious and elegant bathroom with a fresco ceiling, chandelier, Roman tub with jets, large shower stall, his and her vanities and a makeup counter.

The fourth floor also aims to impress with lake views to the north and gulf views to the south. It is equipped with a checkers game table and a kitchenette at the top of the staircase. The third bedroom is sweet and sassy with a queen size bed, pink and paisley décor a view of the lake. The fourth bedroom, known as the “aquarium room” for it’s under the sea-inspired mural has a set of twin size bunk beds and a TV. The third and fourth bedroom share a bathroom, equipped with a tub and shower. Furnished with two twin size beds, the fifth bedroom carries a nautical theme and offers a spectacular gulf views from the south side. It also has hand painted murals in the bedroom and private bathroom. Facing the rolling tides of the gulf is the 6th bedroom. This suite has a king size bed, balcony access, TV, and a private bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub, shower stall, and a subtle, hand-painted aquatic-themed mural.
