Our luxurious West Indies style home is located within Sandestin
Resort, the premier vacation destination on Florida's Emerald Coast.
Sandestin is 7 miles east of Destin, midway between Pensacola and
Panama City with easy access by car or air. The 2400 acre Resort has
7 miles of waterfront on both the Gulf and Choctawatchee Bay and is
world famous for its sugar-white beaches and turquoise blue water.
Our recently built townhome has three spacious bedrooms and
overlooks one of Sandestin's many lakes and the seventh hole of the
Baytowne Golf Course. The master bedroom suite has a king-size bed
and features a large bathroom with a jetted tub and separate shower.
The other two bedrooms are appointed with a queen bed and two twins.
The home has plenty of room, high ceilings with fans, granite
counter tops, travertine floors, and mahagony doors; all the
luxuries one should expect in a high end home. We have chosen to
decorate in a casually elegant style that will make you feel like
you are in a home instead of a hotel room.
Magnolia Bay is located adjacent to the resort's new Village of
Baytowne Wharf. Modeled after a Southern fishing village, Baytowne
Wharf has shopping, restaurants and nightlife within easy walking
distance. Our home is also within walking distance of the tennis
center so you can join in a round-robin or improve your game with a
clinic. Our neighborhood also offers its own pool that even small
children can walk to. The Southeast's largest designer outlet mall,
Silver Sands is located just 5 minutes away so leave some time for
shopping!
As our guests, you will be provided with Resort amenities cards so
you can use the tram service for free and take part in Resort
activities at guest rates. You can choose to play golf on one of
Sandestin's 4 courses, enjoy water sports at the beach or at the
marina, or just relax at the pools. Children can take part in the
junior tennis, golf, and sailing programs as well as the KidZone and
Kids' Night Out programs which provide parents with some time alone.
Sandestin is the premier resort in Northwest Florida with fun and
activities for all ages. Our children range in age from 10 to 30 so
we know what we are talking about! We love Sandetin and we are
looking forward to having you as our guests at Magnolia Bay in 2009!
