This is my personal get away and future retirement home, so I take pride in maintaining the home with frequent cleanings, care and attention to all the the details that make it a lovely place to stay.
This beautiful two bedroom, two bath condo is fully furnished and smoke free. With a beautiful sunset view you and your loved ones can enjoy this getaway at the Palm Desert Resort & Country Club.
Just a couple of miles away from the Marriot Hotel, you can have a short stay, or an extended stay and invite friends to visit this fall. I frequently take walks to enjoy my coffee in town, and try to stay home during sunset to enjoy the amazing view. The address is 41367 Princeville Ln, Palm Desert, CA, US, 92211

There are many swimming pools, tennis courts and country club amenities, including a fine restaurant. The pools are just a few minutes walk directly across from the home. Within the home there is a 42" television with cable and a built in sound system. Great for a full active day, and a relaxed evening to unwind.

I kindly ask all guests to pay a one-time fee per stay of $170 (includes professional janitorial cleaning prior to your arrival). Added bonus: utilities are included in rental rates.
A $250 security deposit is required. This can be made out in a check which will be returned after check out and inspection.
To confirm dates, please check calendar, and email/call. Full payment once received via chase bank deposit, check or paypal (personal payment only), dates will be confirmed with the country club security, and check in and check out details will be outlined.
