vacation rental description
Plenty of room indoors and out at this wonderful lake retreat; an ideal spot to relax and play! Enjoy the sun and the water, then cool off in the shade and gentle lake breeze. Beautiful lake views from the main living area and walk out balcony and patio. Very spacious with vaulted ceilings and tons of natural light in the open kitchen/dining/living area upstairs, as well as three large bedrooms and two full baths (master with jacuzzi tub and dual shower heads). Downstairs, there are two bedrooms - one with two bunk beds and a walk-in closet; the other has a double bed. There is also third full bathroom, and a large den with a ping-pong table, foosball table, and a separate tv viewing area. Covered and open deck areas look out over beautiful, partially wooded lot onto large cove with a small island.
The dock is a short stroll down a gradual slope from the house and there are two kayaks, a canoe, and a paddleboat at the single boat house with boat lift. A private boat slip is just 3 docks over and easily visible from the dock. The water is 3 1/2 feet at the end of the dock with a semi-sandy bottom; ideal for kids to enter and play and plenty deep for swimming and boating. And the house is stocked with plenty of toys, games, books, and movies to entertain indoors as well as out!

Boat House & Dock: 2 kayaks, Paddle boat, and a Canoe. Life jackets for adults and children. Water depth 3.5 feet at the end of the dock. Boat lift aproved for up to 4000 lbs.
Private neighborhood boat ramp only a few hundred yards away. No culverts or bridges in the short trip to the main lake.

- Master Bedroom with King Bed. Master bath has double vanity, jacuzzi tub, and separate dual head shower. Walk-out to deck.
- Upstairs bedroom 1 has a double bed with walk-out to deck.
- Upstairs bedroom 2 has a double bed and twin bunk-beds. Full bathroom upstairs between the 2 guest bedrooms.
- One downstairs bedroom has 1 double bed with a twin bunk above (with stairs). Room also has a set of twin bunk-beds. Walk-out to patio below deck. Full bathroom downstairs.
- 2nd downstairs bedroom has 1 double bed. Walk out to patio below deck.
