Come on in for some R&R at Rascal's ReTreat, a pet-friendly, authentic log cabin
conveniently located in Pigeon Forge near outlet shopping malls, dining, shows,
and Dollywood. The Smoky Mountain National Park is just a short drive away. The
quiet, peaceful setting will entice you to relax and enjoy all that the Smoky
Mountains has to offer with enough room to enjoy the mountains with family and
friends. This cabin provides all the comforts of home with a gorgeous view of
Mt. Laconte located in the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. It is
conveniently located 1 mile off the Parkway in Pigeon Forge on well maintained
two-lane roads. The gentle drive will be easy on your nerves as well as your
vehicle. The cabin is situated on a beautiful lot with a large yard and open
spaces and plenty of parking for seven vehicles.

PET FRIENDLY:  Well-behaved dogs, under 25 pounds
are welcome (pet fees apply). Dogs over 25 pounds  will be considered, just ask.

COMMUNICATIONS:  Cable TV, with local channels, is
provided on all TVs. Wireless high-speed INTERNET SERVICE is available, as well
as local and long distance calling from the cabin phone.

4 MASTER BEDROOM SUITES:  The four King Bedroom
Suites each have premium mattresses and private baths with tubs and showers
and 32" LCD TV's with DVD players. 

MASTER SUITE MAIN LEVEL:  Enjoy a relaxing
romantic bath in the jetted garden tub in this spacious suite, along with the
convenience of a full bathroom with a large vanity and a walk-in shower.  A door
going outside enables you to enjoy the deck just outside your room to take in
the gorgeous view.

MASTER SUITES UPPER LEVEL:  Awake to the morning
sun filtering through the windows in the vaulted ceilings as you enjoy the tree
top view. Or slip into a romantic relaxing bath in the jetted garden tub in
these spacious suites. Full bathrooms with a tub and shower combination and
large vanities are so convenient. 

MASTER SUITE LOWER LEVEL:  This spacious suite
allows easy access to the outdoor hot tub, along with the convenience of a full
bathroom with a tub and shower combination and a large vanity.

BUNK ROOM:  The fifth bedroom on the lower level
of the cabin includes two full size bunk beds to acommodate 4 persons.  This
room also has a private bathroom with a tub and shower combination. With the 
rec room located just outside this bedroom, this room is great for children and
teenagers.  A private entryway allows access to the outdoor seating on the
deck.

DEN:  The den has a QUEEN size sleeper sofa. 
Enjoy your favorite shows on the HIGH DEFINITION 51" PLASMA TV equipped with a
Digital Video Recorder so you can record your favorite shows while out and about
and watch them at your leisure. You can also watch free on-demand movies, high
definition cable channels, local channels, listen to music, or watch one of the
movies from the DVD library available at Rascal's ReTreat. On cold winter days
enjoy snuggling in front of the fire place while enjoying a cup of hot chocolate
or reading one of the books from our library. This will warm even the coldest of
days.

REC ROOM:  Located on the lower level, the rec
room is equipped with a HIGH DEFINITION 51" PLASMA TV. Watch your favorite TV
shows as you enjoy the cozy fireplace or compete in a game of pool on the
regulation size pool table. A PlayStation2 with a variety of family-friendly
games is provided.  Also located in the rec room is a fold-out full size futon
that will comfortably sleep two.

KITCHEN/EATING AREA:  The dining table, which
seats 12, is perfect for gathering place for the family to enjoy a wonderful
home-cooked meal prepared in the large well stocked kitchen. Or gather the
family for an evening of playing cards, board games, or to work puzzles, all of
which are available in our cabin. Additional seating is available at the counter
bar with three bar stools. The kitchen is fully furnished with cookware and
service for sixteen.

LAUNDRY ROOM:  A large laundry room with a full
size washer and dryer is located on the lower level. There is an iron and an
ironing board provided at the cabin.

OUTSIDE/DECKS:  Two outdoor decks run the entire
length of the cabin, offering wonderful views of the mountains in the Great
Smoky Mountains National Park. You can enjoy a morning cup of coffee while you
watch the morning mist rise from the mountains.  At the end of a busy day, enjoy
relaxing in the outdoor hot tub.  A rare find, Rascal's ReTreat has a large yard
- plenty of room for your children and pets to play. Our cabin is located at the
end of the street with ample parking for seven vehicles.

LINENS:  All bed and kitchen linens are
provided.
