Near the Golf Course - August Available in Coronado

Dreans can come true in Coronado!  Come and rent this cute 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom Spanish style cottage for July and August.  MONTHLY rental is key - we have a special rule here in Coronado that we need to adhere to.  Please don't contact us unless you are planning on renting for one month.

This fully furnished home is beautifully renovated, centrally located in Coronado for easy access to all areas - the beach, the bay, the restaurants and shops, the theatres (we have a very nice new one!).  Just hop in the 2-seater electric car and zip on over!

The master bedroom has a king bed, the next bedroom has a double bed, the third bedroom has a double pull out couch, and there is a bonus --- a den with a queen pull out couch.  Both pull out have high quality mattresses!

Off the den is a nice sun room - ready for games and light.  The kitchen is a dream - you'll definitely want to cook, even though you're on vacation. 

Outside are several great areas for outdoor entertaining and sunning.  Don't forget the lemon tree - time for lemonade!

House is available by the month (sorry - no daily or weekly rentals).  50% reservation fee due now - to hold your reservation.  Balance due 60 days before arrival.  $5,000 security deposit and $200 cleaning fee due too.
