Flat screen in and outside,  theater sound for movies inside, outside speakers hidden in the garden with Ipod connection, very peaceful.  This house has a huge outdoor enclosed patio facing a garden and fountain for total tranquility. Sleeps 5 comfortably, modern frameless shower and a half bath. Huge kitchen. Plenty of room for trailers, or large vehicles on the premises. All utilities included. Directv HD is included and wireless internet. Beautiful getaway from the noise of everyday life. This is not a community, it is on a private lot, yet close to everything including great restaurants.  No cats. Small dogs allowed and never on furniture, or in beds. Smoking outside only.
