Beautifully landscaped canal-front contemporary home with a 2 car
garage located at the end of a cul-de-sac with sweeping views of
intersecting waterways. This home shows pride of ownership and is in
excellent condition. Master bath has been completely remodeled including granite countertops. Half bath and 3/4 bath have also been updated. Our home includes a boat lift and dock for your fishing enjoyment or
just for taking in the view. The rear of the home overlooking the
pool and canal are walls of glass. The master bedroom, living room,
kitchen and family all open out to the lanai and pool.

This home has been completely furnished and includes a stocked
kitchen with all small appliances, cookware, dishes and glassware.
The lanai includes a heated pool, outdoor furniture and built-in electric
grill. A TV is located in the 2 of the 3 bedrooms. The master bath
has a separate shower as well as a sunken tub. A queen size bed is
located in the master bedroom and one of the guest bedrooms. A full
size bed is located in the third bedroom. All 3 baths have an ample
supply of towels and each bedroom has 2 sets of sheets. A washer and
dryer is located just off the kitchen. Internet, cable and local phone access.

The beautiful home is located at 700 Pamela Drive in Punta Gorda
Isles, off Appian Drive which is off Bal Harbor. 40 minute drive from
Fort Myers airport. An approximate one hour drive to Sarasota's
Siesta Key Beach or beautiful Naples. By boat, this home is minutes
away to Charlotte Harbor and Fisherman's Village. Sorry no pets please.
