Vacation Rental Description

This charming chalet we’ve named “Loon’s Landing” sits across the street  
from a public beach on a pond in the Village of Eidelweiss, a vacation  
community in Madison, NH at the entrance to the Mt. Washington Valley. 
You  
can sit on the deck and call to people on the beach! The upstairs 
features a  
living room with a woodstove, large dining area, kitchen, bath, and 
the master  
bedroom with a bunk bed which has a queen on bottom and a double on top.  
Downstairs are three bedrooms (2 queen, 1 full, 1 sleeper sofa) and a 
reading  
area. The open post and beam architecture inside combines with a terrific  
mountain lake location outside to make this a delightful vacation setting!

Vacation Rental Amenities

3 Queen, 2 double, and 1 sleeper sofa. Pillows and blankets provided, $60  
extra for supplied sheets and towels. Cable TV, VCR/DVD, Sterio, CD 
player, all  
cooking utensils, coffemaker, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, firewood,  
canoe, BBQ grille, woodstove, gas heat, telephone, two decks, beach, 
playground. High speed wireless internet.

Activities and Attractions

It’s just 4 miles to Conway, and 7 miles to North Conway. In 
Eidelweiss you’ll  
find: swimming (across the street), hiking, canoeing, snowshoeing,  
snowmobiling, fishing, and a playground. Enjoy a nice nature trail with a  
stream (just down the street) or relax on the deck listening to the 
loons while  
you watch the kids at the beach! The pond attracts a lot of wildlife 
including  
loons, beavers, foxes, turtles, coyotes, moose and deer. Nearby you’ll 
find  
skiing, hiking trails, outlet shopping, golfing, tubing, dining, 
amusement parks  
(Story Land), Mt. Washington, miniature golf, antique shops, Fryeburg 
Fair  
(Sept/Oct), and much more! Whether you like relaxing or staying busy 
on your  
vacation, you’ll find plenty of both at Loon’s Landing!

Vacation Rental Rates

Summer (June 21 to Labor Day) 
$945 per week, no weekend rentals 
 
Winter (December 1 to April 1 non holidays) 
$295 - $320  per weekend 
$845 - $945 per week 
 
Fall Foliage (October) 
$845 - $945 per week 
$295 - $320  per weekend 
 
$125 - $250 refundable cleaning/security deposit 
 
Holidays and all other times, please inquire. 
Towels and Linens available for $60 extra.
